Hellenic Association of Photovoltaic Companies is a non-profit organization that operates www.helapco.gr (the “Site”). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of Personal Information we receive from users of the Site.

When you use the site as a visitor, you do not need to provide us with your personal information. We collect and process your personal data, such as name, address, telephone, e-mail, legal documents and other contact details, bank accounts, etc., that you voluntarily provide us, only when you complete your application for membership as a member (partner or associate) of the Association or to fulfill our legal obligation to our members in accordance with our Bylaws and in particular when you opt-in for registration as a member (partner or associate) of the non-profit organization “Hellenic Association of Photovoltaic Companies”. Your personal data will only be used by the Hellenic Association of Photovoltaic Companies to manage the service you have requested or to comply with our legal obligation under the law and the legislation on non-profit organizations (subscriptions, membership list management, elections, deletions etc.). The text of the registration form that you send to us is forwarded to the members of the Association in order to submit any objections based on the Bylaws of the Association. The personal data of associate members are not disclosed and are not shared with any third party. As far as partners are concerned, the information about the company that you voluntarily provided to us for the purpose of promoting your company through the site is made public on the website.
